By placing an order using COD, you commit to paying the full invoice amount to the courier upon delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. While we strive to process and ship your tech accessories quickly, Anoosha Store is not responsible for delays caused by local courier services.

  • If a package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo before opening it and contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your tech gear, but we must enforce strict guidelines to ensure quality and hygiene:

  • Hygiene Policy (Earbuds): Due to strict health and hygiene standards, earbuds cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging seal has been broken.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Technical Defects: If a product (such as a charger or cable) arrives defective, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified technical defects.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item was defective upon arrival, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anoosha Store provides quality tech accessories but is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused to your personal devices by using incompatible or high-wattage chargers incorrectly.
